• Amplifier Noise Filter - plug into the +/- power supply terminals, or B+ of tube power supply (maximum 630Vdc, higher voltages upon request) - refer picture below for connection details. 
• Quantity of filter to be used in your system - depending on how complex and how dirty your mains or systems are - use until a point where you feel that it is over-damped, your ears will tell you.
