Warranty

1. 1 year limited warranty for all products. Vacuum tubes - 3 months warranty.
2. After sales service - There is perfect products. We provide 1 year free service for our products. Shipping charges, during 1 year period, will be paid by parties doing the shipping (user for returns, company for sending back to user after service). Modified, changes, and improper usages by users will not be covered by this warranty.
3. Shipping - depends on customer location, courier company and weight of goods. For returns, user is fully responsible to ensure products are properly packaged for returns. We are not responsible for any lost of damage during transit.
